Vickie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Team Leadership, and Customer Service roles and uses her knowledge of staff requirements, human needs, capacity targets, and procedures to ensure service delivery goals are met, measured, and maintained. Vickie conducts staff performance reviews and fosters an environment of continuous learning for her team. On a day-to-day basis, Vickie allocates projects and schedules tasks for the Integrated ICT technicians and engineers to fulfill client needs.

She holds Diplomas in Human Resources Management, Management and Business along with Certificate 3 in Occupational Health and Safety and is working towards her Certificate 4 in Trainer and Assessor.

Vickie has detailed knowledge and experience in the Education, Local Government, and Private sectors. Her industry experience, qualifications, and knowledge of business compliance, budgeting, and business planning and forecasting means she understands what is required for an organisation to succeed particularly regarding human resource and service delivery requirements.
