Brad is a senior system engineer who has worked in various roles in the ICT industry since 2009. He is experienced at working with a large array of technologies, from cloud infrastructure to local compute clusters, CCTV to network firewalling. His skills include Virtualisation, Server support, Networking and AD and Group Policy Management.   

As Operations Manager, Brad is responsible for project management and oversight of the day-to-day operational activities ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely for our clients. In conjunction with this, Brad provides leadership for our team of engineers and technicians that develop and implement networks and servers, respond to user help desk requests, and monitor system performance and stability.

Brad works on complex project delivery, data centre support, and is a level 3 escalation point. Brad has broad knowledge of networking, peripherals, laptops (software and hardware), servers and all Microsoft operating systems. He is skilled in the management and integration of Mac OS X into a Windows environment, including building (Standard Operating Environment) SOE’s for network deployment as well as the setup, migration, configuration and maintaining of all current versions of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft desktop operating systems.

Brad enjoys working in a team environment and has an impeccable documentation ethic. He continues to strengthen his knowledge studying industry developments in network hardware, voice over IP and data communications.
