Service Desk Technician


Jack is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service in the delivery of support to clients and is conducting further training to deliver service to our third party clients. He also services our education clients providing technical support to schools.

Jack is proficient at problem solving to find resolutions for ICT issues and is skilled at repairing and upgrading computers. He has extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Python, SQL and Database Management, HTML and CSS. He is also experienced at networking and system development, managing email servers and cloud administration.

Jack is continuing to grow his knowledge of the ICT industry through study, he is currently working on a bachelors degree at Edith Cowan University in cyber security.
