Saad holds a Master of Information Technology from Murdoch University. He has extensive experience in IT support and is skilled in the application of forensic and IT tools to find and apply solutions. Saad is a former business analyst, his knowledge of business process and strategies provides another level of skill in his IT support role.

Saad is committed to providing a high level of customer service to clients. He is highly skilled in Office 365 and the suite of Microsoft products, VMware. Machine and server maintenance. Saad is a member of the Australian Computing Society.
