Tania has over 15 years of experience in a variety of administrative roles and responsibilities, she brings a wealth of knowledge in all areas of office management, production management, ICT, and process management to her Finance Manager role. In this hands-on role Tania manages the finance/admin team focusing on process improvement and oversees the day-to-day administration of the accounts systems, ensuring invoicing and reporting timelines are met.

Tania has an eye for detail, can work under pressure to meet deadlines and has highly developed communication and leadership skills. Tania ensures procedures are developed and documented and assists with financial reconciliation tasks. She implements quality control measures, assessing and amending where needed, to maintain a high level of service for our clients.
