The Department of Education WA makes it easy for schools to find an ICT service provider through their ICT panel integrator program. As a DoE approved panel integrator, Integrated ICT aims to make a schools systems and networks run smoothly, ensuring quality delivery of technology to every student, teacher and support staff.

The panel integrator program provides a list of approved external consultants, selected by the DoE after a tender process. The approved consultants can support locally managed software and devices and help install core services for your school.

• locally managed servers (Tier 3) installation and configuration
• maintenance and installation of network infrastructure, including switches and wireless access points (WAPS)
• creation of custom software images
• central services liaison about proposed changes to the school ICT infrastructure

• arrangement of backup and data protection strategies for locally managed servers
• software licensing management
• phone and call-out technical support
• remote management and fault monitoring via Virtual Private Network (VPN).
