Service Desk Technician

Brandon holds a Diploma of IT Networking, Certificate IV in IT Networking and is currently undertaking CCNA Certification. He is experienced in delivering a high level of customer service and is focused on achieving positive results for clients.

Brandon’s training includes, but not limited to, areas such as matching ICT needs with the strategic direction of a client’s business, network architecture, software deployment and identification and resolution of client ICT issues.

Brandon has experience trouble shooting ICT issues over the phone and in person on site and assists to configure devices when needed. Brandon enjoys working as part of our team to create long term ICT solutions for clients.
