Throughout his career at Integrated ICT, Franco has taken on increasingly complex roles that have been instrumental in shaping his technical expertise and holistic understanding of client needs. He commenced on the Service Desk providing on-site and remote support, he soon advanced through the engineering ranks then moved into project management, taking on the Lead Project Manager role. This pathway has seen him gain essential hands-on experience with client ICT environments and gain insights on how technical issues affect day-to-day business operations. This experience has allowed him to gain insight into how technology influences operational efficiency, risk management, business continuity, and strategic growth, offering a broad view of the practical effects of ICT services for clients.

In his current role, Franco leverages this deep technical foundation to help clients navigate new products and services and scale their services to suit. His dual capability allows him to bridge the gap between technical delivery and strategic business development, ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical.

Franco’s broad technical background continues to inform his approach. He has completed an Associate Degree in Cloud Technology and is currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Applied Cloud Technology and supplements his technical knowledge regularly with focus on additional training in areas such as programming, network engineering, cloud technologies, AI for business success and cybersecurity.
