Franco brings a strong customer service focus and extensive technical experience to his role as Project Manager. He is performance focused and dedicated to providing positive, timely project outcomes for clients. Franco brings broad technical background and learnings to his Project Manager role having undertaken courses in cloud technology, programming and network engineering he has completed his Associate Degree in Cloud Technology and is currently in his last year of a Bachelor of Applied Cloud Technology.

In his role as Project Manager, Franco is responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of an assigned project. He puts controls in place to ensure successful completion and manages any issues.

Franco’s previous roles with Integrated ICT saw him work on many level 2 and 3 projects and tickets as the technical resource to ensure successful project delivery, he has been the lead on several network integration projects including for the Department of Education and is currently the lead tech resource for our contract with MWPA. He has also worked as a Service Desk Technician where he provided support and troubleshooting over the phone, as well as on-site support for our clients.
