Jack is a dedicated ICT professional committed to delivering high-quality customer service and technical support to clients. He currently provides support to both education and third-party clients and is undertaking further training to expand his capabilities in service delivery.
Jack is proficient in diagnosing and resolving ICT issues, both remotely and on-site, and is skilled in computer repair and upgrades. His technical expertise includes Microsoft Office, Python, SQL and database management, HTML, CSS, networking, system development, email server management, and cloud administration.
He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security at Edith Cowan University, further strengthening his knowledge of the ICT landscape. Jack is a collaborative team member who is passionate about developing long-term solutions that meet client needs and support business continuity.
