Jennifer (Jen) is a skilled Service Desk Technician with more than 15 years working in a range of IT roles and has significant experience in the education sector. Jen enjoys assisting clients to identify issues, displaying sound troubleshooting guidance for hardware, software and networks.

Jen is highly competent in Apple device support and school network infrastructure, liaising regularly with the Department of Education on behalf of schools across Western Australia.

Jen is an enthusiastic team member, focused on providing a high-quality customer experience and is committed to furthering her education and knowledge to expand her capabilities. She has obtained many IT certifications from including a Cert III from Swan TAFE as well as technology partners including Microsoft, Fortinet and iOS.

Jen was the recipient of the Integrated ICT Customer Service Award for 2023. With multiple anecdotal feedback received from clients and a very high CSAT response rate of 31.8 with 100% positive result, Jen is truly a customer service star!
