We are writing with some important updates to our standard service rates. Over the last year we have been able to absorb many increases in general cost of business, freight charges and partner supplier increases.

In the past three months we have conducted a review of our pricing structure and regrettably, we cannot continue to absorb these costs. Please note that there will be a price increase across our standard service rates for all customers.

This price rise has been further impacted by rising labor and general overhead, admin and insurance costs, and additional supply and transportation related impacts have further increased our input costs.

We appreciate your ongoing support and understanding. We have attempted to keep the rise as low as possible to continue providing you with high value at competitive prices.

The price rise is based on the latest Australian Bureau of Statistics cpi rate of 3.6%. Pricing increases will begin as of 1st July 2024. It would be appreciated if you can pass this notification on to all relevant parties within your organisation to avoid pricing discrepancies beyond 1st July 2024.
