Starting 1 April 2025, there will be a price adjustment for Microsoft 365 products. This change is part of Microsoft's ongoing effort to standardise their billing structure across all platforms. Here's everything you need to know about these updates.
What You Need to Know
The price adjustment will result in a 5% increase for all new and renewing subscriptions. This means that if your subscription renews after 1 April 2025, you'll see the updated pricing reflected in your billing.
Annual Billing Subscribers
If you are currently on an annual commitment and billed monthly, the price rise will not affect you until your next renewal date. For those on annual billing with an annual term, this price change will not impact you at all.
Monthly Billing Subscribers
For customers with monthly billing for annual subscriptions renewing after 1 April 2025, the updated pricing will kick in at your next renewal date. For instance, if your subscription renews on 1 May 2025, the price update will begin from the next monthly billing cycle.
Options to Save
Customers have the option to switch their billing plan from monthly to annual with upfront payment, which is priced 5% lower than the new monthly billing option, effective at your renewal date.
Additional Information
If your subscription was renewed prior to 1 April 2025, you can still add more licences at the pre-uplift price.
Please note, Microsoft has announced further pricing adjustments for products within the following categories:
- Microsoft Power Bi
- Teams Phone services
If your services are managed by Integrated ICT, your Account Manager will contact you directly to provide details on any specific price adjustments to your Microsoft services.
