Integrated ICT Achieves Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security Status

Published on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 at 12:19:45 PM

Integrated ICT has been officially recognised as a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security.

It's one of Microsoft's most demanding partner designations, earned through certified expertise, proven deployments, and a track record of helping real businesses stay protected, which is exactly the kind of validation we think matters more than a badge on a website.

What is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Security?

The Solutions Partner for Security designation is part of Microsoft’s AI Cloud Partner Program and recognises partners with proven technical capability and measurable customer outcomes.

To qualify, our team had to demonstrate certified security expertise, successful deployments, and real growth in protected users, showing our capability translates into practical security improvements for clients.

Where Our Expertise Is Focused

A core part of earning this designation is depth in Microsoft's security stack, and that's where our team has concentrated its certification and hands-on experience across the Defender Suite.

What This Means for Our Clients

  • Validated expertise your provider's security recommendations are backed by Microsoft-verified expertise, not guesswork.
  • Proven delivery experience, your environment can be assessed and hardened using the same tools and frameworks Microsoft's own security teams endorse.
  • Focus on outcomes, not just technology The designation is built on real deployments and measurable protection outcomes, not theoretical knowledge.
  • Ongoing investment in skills Retaining this status requires continuous certification and re-assessment, so our team stays current as Microsoft's security tools evolve.

"This designation reflects years of work our team has put into building genuine security expertise, not just ticking a compliance box," said Integrated ICT’s Sales Manager, Lachlan Gardiner. "It means our clients get security guidance that's been tested against Microsoft's own bar for what 'good' looks like, and we're just as focused on maintaining that standard going forward."

Building on Our Modern Work Status

Security doesn't sit in isolation from the rest of a client's environment, which is why it's worth mentioning alongside our existing Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work status, which we announced in February this year.

The Solutions Partner for Modern Work designation is part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, which replaced the former Gold and Silver competencies. The new program sets a higher bar for partners, focusing not just on certifications, but on real‑world delivery and customer success.

Where Security is now a standalone designation, Microsoft has recently grouped Modern Work together with Business Applications under a broader banner called AI Business Solutions, reflecting the growing overlap between everyday productivity tools and AI-powered capabilities like Copilot. Together, our Security and Modern Work designations mean we can help clients build workplaces that are both productive and protected, rather than treating those as separate conversations.

Looking Ahead

Achieving Security status isn't a finish line for us, Microsoft's security landscape keeps shifting, and so will our certifications and deployments. Combined with our existing Modern Work recognition, it reflects an ongoing commitment to investing in our people, our skills, and our delivery approach, so our clients can be confident they're working with a partner who understands the full picture: how people work, and how to keep that work secure.
